The Dreamers Collective creates space for a more beautiful and just world through imagination and inspiring collective change. Because you can’t be what you can’t see and change is possible when we do it together.
We organize workshops, gatherings, and cultural programs where seasonal philosophy, art, reflection, and community come together.
Societal change begins with imagination. If we cannot imagine a new world, how can we build one? That is why we ask questions such as: What do or don’t we dare to imagine? And what could a more beautiful, more human, and more just everyday life look like?

The Dreamers Collective is an initiative by Sophie Verbeek and comes from a desire to bring more hope, connection, and awareness into motion. With her debut poetry collection, Dit is voor de Dromers (This Is for the Dreamers), Sophie hopes to inspire readers to find beauty in the everyday, and to remind them that, despite life's hardships, there is still so much worth living for, and that a better world is still worth working towards.This mindset has brought her to stages at events such as International Women’s Day, Utrecht Queer Culture Festival, and Awesome Utrecht and got her featured in Den Haag FM, Het Parool and de uitkomst.
